3012 400GPD Domestic Reverse Osmosis Membrane

3012-400 Domestic Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane for light commercial membrane systems is one of the most reliable and consistent elements in the industry. Utilizing the advanced membrane technology, the new 3012-400 membrane offers an exceptional balance of high flow rates and salt rejection rates.

Notes: Permeate of a single element may vary within [-20%] ~ [+20%]

Dimensions: 1.0 inch = 25.4 mm

TESTING CONDITIONS:

    • Testing Pressure ………………………………… 100 psi (0.41MPa)

    • The temperature of Testing Solution ……………….. 25℃

    • The concentration of Testing Solution (NaCl) ……… 500 ppm

    • the pH of Testing Solution ………………………….. 6.5~8.5

    • Recovery of Single Element……………………. 15%

Parameters Of A Domestic Reverse Osmosis Membrane

    • 250 TDS Filtered (5µ), De-Chlorinated, Municipal Feed Water, 77˚F, 40% Permeate Recovery, 6.5-7.0 pH Range, at the Specified Operating Pressure.

    • Data Taken After 30 Minutes of Operation.

    • Maximum Pressure Drop for Each Element is 10psi.

    • Minimum Salt Rejection is 96%.

    • Permeate Flow for Individual Elements may vary ± 20%.

Well tested membrane elements must be kept sealed and moist while in storage. Drying out may occur and damage the membrane permanently. Prevent elements from freezing or being exposed to direct sunlight. Wee tested elements are vacuum-sealed in a polyethylene oxygen barrier bag containing 3012 400 GPD Membrane Preservative and then packaged in a cardboard box. Discard the permeate for the first twenty-four hours of operation. Do not use the first full tank of permeate for drinking or food preparation. The permeate flow (product water flow) varies with feed water temperature. Review a Temperature Correction Chart. For membrane warranty information, please contact the manufacturer.

Important Operation Notes:

    • When this product is used for the first time, permeate water obtained from the first hour of use should be discarded.

    • Keep elements moist at all times after initial wetting.

    • If operating limits and guidelines given in this Product Information Bulletin are not strictly followed, the Limited Warranty will be null and void.

    • To prevent biological growth during prolonged system shutdowns, it is recommended that membrane elements be immersed in a preservative solution. Rinse out the preservative before use.

    • The OEM is fully responsible for the effects of incompatible chemicals and lubricants on elements. The use of any such chemicals or lubricants will void the Limited Warranty.
