Work Principles & Maintenance

1. WORK PRINCIPLES

This machine adopts the YCT112-4A electromagnetic governing motor. The transmission drives the rotary table on which the gripping bottle devices are fixed. The gripping bottle device rotates with the rotary table. The bottle is rotated into the bottle entrance section with the bottle entering the device. The gripping device grips the bottle to make the bottle enter the washing section. The bottle is made to stand up-bottom under the help of the track.

The washing valve opens and the washing liquid enters the bottle. First, it is washed with a sterilizing agent, then with fresh water. After it is washed twice, the bottle is driven out by the driving wheel of the bottle exit under the help of the track. The bottle washing is finished.

2. INSTALLATION

  • The machine must be installed vertically and horizontally.

3. ADJUSTMENT

  1. The freshwater pipeline and the blow-off pipe.
  2. The motor wires jointing must meet the rotation direction marked on the machine. Forbid the rotary table rotating in opposite direction.
  3. Loosen the fixing bolts of the upper and lower tightening rings. Adjust the nuts on the rotary main shaft according to the height of the bottle. The gripping bottle cam is adjusted to the middle position.
  4. Joint the switching power of the sterilizing liquid and the freshwater inlet pumps, then joint the switch of the main motor. Rotate the governing button to adjust the rotary speed. Watch if the machine runs smoothly. If all is OK, the bottle can be put in to try the operation.
  5. If different diameter bottles are used, the entrance and exit driving wheel and their arc-plate concerned must be exchanged. At the same time, the distance between the two baffle plates on the entrance and exit tracks is also adjusted to the proper position.

4. MAINTENANCE

  1. Before each shift, all of the sections must be checked. If some parts loosen or other troubles are found, they must be resolved before starting the machine.
  2. All gears, guideways, and cam 12 must be filled with consistent grease 2–3 times per week.
  3. The lubricant in FCO-80 worm gearing must be exchanged after the first 1000 hours of use. The recommended lubricant is 120–150# industrial gear oil. Afterward, exchange it every six months.
  4. After each shift, clean the machine and oil all moving sections.

5. ATTENTION

  1. Before a new machine is started, first connect the power source of the water pump, then connect one of the main motors.
  2. If there is a leak in the rotary valve, adjust the top bolt to press the rotary valve tightly.
  3. If the driving wheel of entering and exiting bottle misplaces, adjust its position to align the gripping bottle device with the driving wheel.

6. CY NORMAL PRESSURE FILLER – SUMMARY

7. WORK PRINCIPLE

The filler works under atmospheric pressure. The liquid level in the cylinder is regulated by a float. The adjustable scale is 0–50mm.

8. INSTALLATION

  1. Level the working ground of the machine.
  2. Secure the footings to avoid shaking or shifting.

9. DEBUGGING

  1. Check if installation meets all requirements and if connections to conveyors are smooth.
  2. Connect motor and pump, test direction. Fix if incorrect.
  3. Test the liquid cylinder control. Level difference of 30–50mm is appropriate.
  4. Run filling test, then use cleaning liquid to flush pipes and cylinder.
  5. Lubricate moving parts and test again.

10. MAINTENANCE

  1. Before operation, ensure no part is loose.
  2. Check smooth running and accurate work position.
  3. After work, clean and dry the machine.
  4. Lubricate gears and other moving parts as needed.

11. COMMON TROUBLE & REMEDIES

  1. If bottle input/output is jammed, adjust thumbwheel, arc plate, and baffle.
  2. If work position is off, check and tighten loosened nuts.
  3. If filling level fluctuates, adjust air exhaust pipe height or replace faulty “O” ring.

12. FXZ-1 SCREW CAPPER – USAGE

FXZ-1 Screw Capper is used to cap plastic/glass bottles with or without gas. It features stable operation, user-friendly handling, and is essential for drink bottlers.

13. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Ensure bottle and cap compatibility before factory use.
  2. To accommodate different bottle diameters, replace in/out blocks and main shaft pushing wheel.
  3. To adjust height, use the column nut and main shaft locking wheel.
  4. If caps are loose, reduce the distance between the screw capping head and bottle mouth thumb wheel.
  5. If the cap breaks, realign or adjust the screw capping head using 3 adjustable screws.

14. MAINTENANCE

  1. Check and tighten locking nut and micro-adjust screw daily.
  2. Lubricate center shifting shaft each shift with 30# mechanical oil.
  3. Oil gear, worm gear, knife plate, knife rod, and roller regularly.
